AFTER HOURS PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Jägermeister x MiXR joint promotion prize draw available at the Promoter’s participating pubs and on the MiXR app as set out in the table below (the “Prize Draw”). By entering the Prize Draw, you (“Participant”, “you”, “yours”) agree to these Terms and Conditions and to the decisions of the Promoter and the Supplier, which are final and binding in all respects. You also agree to any other applicable third-party terms. All applicable laws and regulations apply. Part 1 (Commercial Terms) and Part 2 (Conditions) together are the full terms and conditions that govern the Prize Draw (“Terms and Conditions”).
Capitalised terms used but not defined shall be defined for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions.
PART 1 – COMMERCIAL TERMS
PROMOTER

ENTRY PERIOD
The Prize Draw will run from 14:00 BST on 22 September 2025 to 12:00 BST on 23 October 2025 (the “Entry Period”).
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
To enter the Prize Draw, you must be a registered university student aged 18 years or over and resident in the United Kingdom at the time of Prize Draw entry.
The Winner must have been eligible to enter and must show a valid UK student ID as well as valid ID showing proof of age at the point of redemption of the Prize. Failure to show valid ID will result in disqualification and you forfeiting your Prize.
HOW TO ENTER?
Internet access and the MiXR app is required to enter.
There are two entry routes, for existing and new MiXR users, to be in with the chance of getting a Prize:
For new MiXR users only (“Entry Route 1"): You will be required to create a MiXR account by downloading the MiXR app on your device through the App Store or Google Play store, using a Supplier referral code, and signing up by entering your first name, surname, email address to be in with the chance to win a Prize.
Referral codes may be shared either: (1) on a Supplier brand ambassador’s social media channel; (2) on a leaflet distributed by a brand ambassador at your university campus; and/or (3) otherwise provided to you in person by a brand ambassador at your university campus. Following receipt of a referral code you will need to download and log in to the MiXR App, verify your student status and then click the enter now link displayed within the MiXR app to enter.
Students who enter through Entry Route 1 will receive a free drink voucher which can be redeemed for a Jägermeister shot or a Jaeger bomb (the “Drink Voucher”). Students will then be sent an email, to the email address provided at entry, with links to particular events held by the Promoter and Supplier. Participants must click on a link to be in with the chance of getting a ticket to an event.
For existing MiXR users (“Entry Route 2”): To be in with the chance of getting a Prize, existing MiXR users will be required to purchase a Jägermeister or Jager Bomb in the Promoter’s participating venues and scan a valid MiXR card at the point of sale. Guests with card linking set up, who have verified their student status, will automatically entered into the Prize Draw on the Promoter’s MiXR app upon the purchase of a Jägermeister or Jager Bomb.
Students who enter through Entry Route 2 will then receive an email, to the email address provided at entry, with links to particular events held by the Promoter and Supplier. Participants must click on a link to get a ticket to an event.
Participants will be required to select which of the Events they would like to attend at the time of entry in order to get a ticket. Participants acknowledge that tickets will be provided on a first come first serve basis.
By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and that our decision is final and binding in all matters relating to this Prize Draw. If you fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions your entry will automatically be void.

Event 2: Jägermeister After Hours Leeds taking place on 16 October 2025 at 22:00 until 17 October 2025 at 01:00 (*of which 350 tickets are available);
Event 3: Jägermeister After Hours Liverpool taking place on 17 October 2025 at 22:00 until 18 October 2025 at 01:00 (*of which 608 tickets are available);
Event 4: Jägermeister After Hours Bristol taking place on 22 October 2025 at 22:00 until 23 October 2025 at 01:00 (*of which 255 tickets are available);
Event 5: Jägermeister After Hours Birmingham taking place on 23 October 2025 at 22:00 until 24 October 2025 at 01:00 (*of which 306 tickets are available).
The number of tickets available for each Event may vary at the sole discretion of the venue manager.
The Winner must be over the age of 18 on the dates set out above.
Once the student has selected the Prize, the Supplier will send a link via Plots Events to enable the Winner to redeem their ticket to the relevant event.
Tickets for the Events will be issued on a first come first serve basis.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
For students entering via Entry Route 1, the Drink Voucher will be displayed within the winner’s screen of the MiXR app during the Entry Period. The Participant must choose a venue from the Promoter's list of participating venues within the MiXR app and the voucher can then only be redeemed at that selected venue. All free drink vouchers must be redeemed by Winners during the Entry Period. Please review the MiXR winners screen regularly to ensure your free drink voucher remains available to be redeemed
PART 2 - CONDITIONS
Prizes
Participants acknowledge and agree that there is no guarantee of winning a Prize. Any Prizes which are redeemable in the Promoter’s venues shall be redeemable (i) subject to stock availability and (ii) in participating pubs owned by The Promoter which are displayed in the MiXR app at the time of entry. The Promoter accepts no responsibility if Participants attempt to redeem Prizes at non-participating pubs or if the relevant product is out of stock.
Where Prizes cannot be redeemed due to stock availability, the Promoter will substitute this with a suitable alternative (such alternative to be at the Promoter’s discretion).
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a Prize with another prize of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s absolute discretion without giving notice.
Where the Prizes are physical prizes this clause 1.4 will apply. Please allow 14 days for delivery or collection of the applicable Prize. If you do not collect the applicable Prize (or provide the Promoter (or Supplier) with an address for delivery (if applicable)) by this date, your claim to such Prize may (at the Promoter’s discretion) become invalid.
The Prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
If it is discovered during Prize verification that a Participant is ineligible to enter, has entered, attempted to enter, or used multiple accounts to enter, more than the stated limit, they will be disqualified and all of their entries will be void.
The Prizes will be awarded “as is” and the Promoter makes no representation, warranty or condition in respect of any Prize or part thereof.
The Winner’s participation in any or all activities for the Prize is voluntary. If the Winner elects not to participate in any or all designated activities for the Prize, the Winner will not be given any compensation.
Where Prizes include travel:
the Supplier will be responsible for booking and paying for the Prize on behalf of the winning Participant and any permitted guests. The winning Participant, and any permitted guests, acknowledge and agree that they will be bound by relevant third-party terms including but not limited to, any relevant tour or travel Promoters;
the winning Participant acknowledges that departure dates and times are subject to availability and at the sole discretion of the Promoter and/or the Supplier;
the winning Participant will be responsible for any and all other costs and expenses not listed above (including insurance, expenses and incidentals not mentioned above);
any additional expenses not covered within the Prize details above are the responsibility of the winning Participant;
The Prize must be taken on the dates specified. The Promoter reserves the right to select alternative winners, should the original winner not validate their identity, age, ability to travel on the fixed trip dates and/or compliance with any relevant immigration criteria.
The Prize Draw
Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be accepted.
Stonegate accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any entries that were not received for whatever reason.
Only one entry per person is permitted during the Entry Period and multiple entries during the Entry Period from the same person will be disqualified.
Entries that do not comply fully with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified. The Promoter has sole discretion in determining whether any entries submitted by any person comply with these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if the winner is not able to take up the applicable Prize.
The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all Participants and no further correspondence will be entered into.
Publicity
By entering the Prize Draw, Participants hereby agree to their name, likeness, photograph, voice and video recording, and entry being used by the Promoter for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
The winners of the Prize Draw further agree to be interviewed in connection with the Prize Draw either in person or via telephone which may be filmed, photographed and/or recorded and the Promoter may use such films, photographs and/or recordings for publicity and PR purposes.
If you object to any or all or any of your name, likeness, photograph, voice and video recording, and entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at competitions@stonegategroup.co.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
Each Participant accepts and acknowledges that if the above consent is withdrawn, the Promoter may not be in a position to remove the photographs, recordings and videos from webpages operated by third parties.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and associated with the Promoter and the MiXR app and brand, are owned by the Promoter and/or the Promoter’s licensors, and Participants have no right to use any intellectual property in and associated with the Promoter and the MiXR app and brand, except in connection with the Prize Draw entry.
Participants hereby assign to the Promoter any and all intellectual property rights in and associated with the Prize Draw entry (save for any Supplier intellectual property rights incorporated therein) with full title guarantee, such that the Promoter has the full and exclusive right to use, reproduce, or publish such Prize Draw entry and accompanying materials for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw on its MiXR app; and
Participant’s hereby irrevocably and unconditionally waive all moral rights in and to the Prize Draw entry and any moral rights in accompanying materials otherwise arising in connection with Participant’s Prize Draw entry to which Participants may now or at any time in the future be entitled under copyright, right of publicity, right of privacy, and other intellectual property laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the Prize Draw occurs.
Limitation of Liability
The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet, or any combination thereof.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, the Supplier, their agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up a Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, the Supplier, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the Supplier accept any liability for any expense, damage, loss or injury suffered (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way due to entering this Prize Draw or taking up a prize. Neither the Supplier nor the Promoter are responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.
Data Protection
In accordance with UK General Data Protection Regulations and the Data Protection Act 2018, the Promoter is the Data Controller of the personal data that is collected for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw.
Supplier has been appointed as a Data Processor (as defined in the Data Protection Act 2018) to assist in the administration of the prize draw. As a data processor, Supplier will process personal data on behalf of Promoter in accordance with Promoter’s instructions and applicable data protection laws.
The Supplier will process your identity, contact and social media data in order to fulfil the Prize.
The Promoter and the Supplier’s lawful basis for processing your personal data for these purposes is performance of a contract.
For the purposes of administering this processing activity, your personal data will be processed solely in the UK and will not be made available to individuals or companies based outside of the EEA.

General
By taking part in the Prize Draw, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The name and county/town of the winner(s) will be available for one month after the expiry of the Entry Period. If you wish to find out the identity of the chosen winner(s) please send a stamped addressed envelope to: Stonegate Pub Company Limited, FAO Legal Department, 3 Monkspath Hall Road, Solihull, B90 4SJ.
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any inconsistency with any other communications from the Promoter or the Supplier, including advertising and promotional material.
The Promoter and the Supplier reserve the right to modify, cancel or amend this Prize Draw or to amend these Terms and Conditions in whole or in part where it becomes necessary to do so and without prior notice.
Winners shall not carry out or promote the goods and services of the participating venues in any way, including, but not limited to, advertising or posting about alcohol.
This Prize Draw is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Twitter, Facebook or any other social media platform. Participants acknowledge that Instagram, Twitter, Facebook or any other social media platform shall not have any liability to them in connection with the Prize Draw.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
